Who handles your data

The data controller is Dalila Renna.

What I collect

• If you fill in the booking questionnaire: first name, last name, phone number, age, city, the treatment you are interested in and your answers to the health questions I need to understand whether the treatment is right for you (for example pregnancy or breastfeeding, medication, allergies, skin conditions in the area), plus any notes you choose to add.
• If you message me on WhatsApp from the website, about courses or anything else: your number and what you write.
• While you browse: like any host, the service that hosts the website records some technical data about visits (for example IP address, browser type, requested page) to keep it running and secure. I don't use it to find out who you are or for statistics.

How it reaches me

The website does not store the questionnaire: at the end it opens WhatsApp with your form already written, and your data reaches me only if you choose to send the message. Until then it stays on your phone or computer.

Why I use it

• To understand whether the treatment is right for you, answer your questions and book your appointment: steps you ask me to take before a possible treatment (Art. 6(1)(b) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, “GDPR”).
• Health information is a special category of data: I use it only with your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box before sending the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
• Technical data about visits keeps the website running and protected (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

I don't use your data for advertising, and I don't sell it or pass it on to anyone.

Who else sees it

• WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, part of Meta), the messaging service you use to send me the form: it handles messages under its own privacy policy.
• Vercel Inc., which hosts the website, only for technical data about visits.

These services may also process data outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

How long I keep it

I keep your form and messages for 3 years, then I delete them.

Your rights

At any time you can ask me to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, get a copy of it or object to its processing, and you can withdraw your consent (anything done before remains valid). Just write to me at the contacts above.

If you believe your data is being handled improperly, you can contact the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

Cookies

This website uses no cookies or other tracking tools: no statistics, profiling or advertising, and it saves nothing in your browser. That's why no cookie consent is needed.

The links to Instagram and WhatsApp lead to external services, which have their own cookie rules.

If anything changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
